What you’ll do:
- Onboard new professionals who start their experience at BetterPros.
- Detect mentoring needs and manage that support.
- Organize, attend and record monthly meetings with the professionals.
- Promote their engagement.
- Maintain close relationships with each professional and accompany them in the development of their contractual relationships.
What you must have:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- The ability to coach professionals to maximize their professional potential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- An Advanced English level.
- Full ownership of providing solutions to everyday events.
- The ability to solve conflictive situations between the client and the professional.
