What you’ll do:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Cross-sell products.
- Set up meetings with our clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
What you must have:
- +2 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
- A team player and tech-savvy personality with working knowledge of computer systems and databases, preferably Hubspot.
- An Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- A fast-learner approach and passion for sales.
- Amazing communication skills.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Experience working with US clients.
