What you’ll do:
- Utilize reliable recruiting and selection methods to conduct thorough candidate interviews within specified timelines.
- Evaluate applicants’ technical expertise, soft skills, experience, and qualifications to identify the best fit for open positions.
- Cultivate strong candidate relationships, serving as a trustworthy point of contact throughout the selection journey.
- Collaborate with the team to select candidates that closely align with client expectations and organizational needs.
What you must have:
- At least 1 year of proven work experience as a recruiter.
- Proficiency in conducting various types of interviews to effectively evaluate candidates.
- Possess a tech-savvy mindset and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
- A self-motivated and result-driven approach.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
