Description

Are you skilled in Google Suite and CRM systems? Do you have outstanding organizational and communication skills? We are looking for an Operations Assistant to collaborate remotely with our Ops internal team. You should be available to work during Argentina Time (ART) for this full-time opportunity. What you’ll do:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of the internal team.
  • Manage and maintain data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Handle internal communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
  • Support project management activities, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

What you must have:

  • +1 year of experience in a similar role. 
  • A proactive and creative approach to offering solutions. 
  • Solid technical and computing skills.
  • Proficiency in any CRM. 
  • An intermediate level of English.

A great plus:

  • Knowledge of automation, programming languages like JavaScript, and visualization tools
