What you’ll do:

  • Data Management. Manage documentation of the company and think of data collection strategies. Operations Manager [New York, Full-Time]
  • Operation Management. Operate independently to optimize any aspect of the business that may become a bottleneck and act as a strategic partner to facilitate business growth.
  • Customer Fulfillment Logistics. Handle financial transactions with product manufacturers, coordinate the import of ocean containers, maintain effective communication with manufacturing partners and logistic collaborators, and schedule arrivals at the warehouse. 
  • Customer Issues. Track and resolve customer issues when products require repair. Address customer problems and maintain a quick response time.
  • Special Projects. Assess various growth avenues, strategy planning and execution of new initiatives. 
  • Technician Community Management. Identify, attract, negotiate, and engage technicians whom the client works with across America. 
  • Research. Conduct research to identify the most suitable service technicians and delivery services in each primary market to establish a robust logistics framework for order fulfillment.

What you must have:

  • 4+ years experience working in Engineering / Customer Experience / Logistics / Marketing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Profound experience with office management systems and procedures. Outstanding MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva knowledge.
  • High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and time management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to be an entrepreneur or grow into a key role at a fast-growing startup
  • Technical by nature, can grasp new tools and software quickly.
