What you’ll do:
- Support the entire team with administration tasks, creating and maintaining internal and external project organizational charts, and managing access to all project-related systems.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
- Work closely with team leaders and teammates to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
- Make sure KPIs are consistently met and solve business problems through innovation.
What you must have:
- Proven experience working for IT or digital companies.
- +5 years of experience as a project manager.
- A results-oriented personality and the ability to work cooperatively across all levels delivering on commitments.
- Great attention to detail.
- Advanced English level.
- Knowledge of Hubspot and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
