What you’ll do:
- Manage and follow-up Technical Levelings and mentoring programs for Staff professionals.
- Update relevant information of each professional in Hubspot.
- Manage E-Learning platforms.
- Manage KPIs and reports of the area.
- Manage and produce workshops, webinars, and training opportunities related to topics we identify as areas of improvement.
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field.
- An Advanced English level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Teaching or coaching experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Sites.
- Knowledge of Hubspot.
- An Architecture or Construction background.
- Experience in tech companies.
