What you’ll do
- Convert laser scans and point cloud data into precise BIM models, focusing on high-end residential or luxury residential projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate accurate models into the design and construction phases.
- Ensure model accuracy through quality checks.
- Provide technical support and enhance Scan to BIM workflows tailored to our projects.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field.
- +3 years of proven experienced in Scan to BIM.
- Familiarity with point cloud data processing and conversion to BIM models.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Residential and luxury residential project experience.
- Experience working for the US.
