What you’ll do:
- Prepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Collaborate on markups and redlines for design revisions.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working as an architect.
- Absolute mastery of DataCAD.
- Experience working in the US is mandatory.
- Experience working with the California Construction Code.
