What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with project teams to create site plans, land use layouts, and urban development plans that adhere to zoning and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed drawings and plans for land development projects.
- Conduct hydrological studies to assess water flow, drainage, and stormwater management on project sites.
- Design and develop residential communities, including layout, road planning, and green space design, while considering environmental sustainability.
- Prepare permit applications and compliance drawings to ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
- Design and analyze drainage systems, including hydraulic calculations and stormwater management.
- Collaborate with project teams and maintain project documents.
What you must have:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hydrology, stormwater management, and sanitary analysis.
- Experience in land planning and residential development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local zoning and building regulations.
