Are you a natural-born leader? Do you have a passion for project management and a knack for organizing teamwork? We want you! You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every phase of this challenging project runs smoothly, end-to-end, and we need someone with A LOT of experience in on-site project management. We’re looking for an authentic leader to become an ally of our Bahamas-based client as a PM Architect.

What you’ll do
- Manage construction projects remotely, overseeing all stages.
- Utilize architectural background for administrative and project management tasks.
- Handle logistics, cost estimation, material assessment, and resource management.
- Confidently navigate challenging situations with a strong character.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture, Engineer or a related field.
- +10 years of experience in managing construction projects on-site.
- A strong personality: Demonstrated ability to confidently lead and manage construction operations.
- Excellent English language proficiency for remote communication.
- Proven experience in project management and construction administration.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage construction activities from a remote position.
- Proficiency in logistics, cost estimation, material assessment, and resource management.
- Exposure to managing construction projects in the US.
- Familiarity with construction management software and remote collaboration tools.
