We’re looking for an authentic leader to join our US-based client’s team as Head of Design.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the architectural design process for a major hospitality building, overseeing all phases from initial concept to construction administration.
- Utilize your expertise in Revit, Rhino, and BIM to create innovative and detailed design solutions.
- Guide a diverse team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a culture of excellence.
- Oversee design continuity throughout the project’s lifecycle, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Manage communications with various stakeholders, including design consultants, ownership, construction professionals, and public authorities.
- Assume direct responsibility for the project’s successful execution, ensuring that project scope, design development, and regulatory compliance are achieved.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field.
- +10 years in large-scale, high-profile architectural projects, including mixed-use, hospitality, office, high-rise multifamily, and commercial ventures.
- Profound knowledge of all aspects and phases of architectural design, documentation, and construction administration, with a strong emphasis on quality control at every stage.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain design continuity from project inception through completion.
- Mastery of architectural design software including Revit, Rhino, and BIM tools, showcasing your capacity to create exceptional designs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An Advanced English level.
