What you’ll do:

  • Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Provide consultative expertise to clients, offering solutions that align with their project goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within project workflows.
  • Identify and develop new business lines that leverage core competencies, in consultation with senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.

What you must have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering project management.
  • Demonstrated track record developing and implementing new business lines or initiatives that have driven growth and expansion.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a consultative role, demonstrating exceptional client-facing skills and the capacity to build trust-based relationships.
  • A visionary mindset with the ability to identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with the drive to develop and expand new business lines that align with our capabilities.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering growth and development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An Advanced English level.
