What you’ll do:
- Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Provide consultative expertise to clients, offering solutions that align with their project goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within project workflows.
- Identify and develop new business lines that leverage core competencies, in consultation with senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.
What you must have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering project management.
- Demonstrated track record developing and implementing new business lines or initiatives that have driven growth and expansion.
- Proven ability to thrive in a consultative role, demonstrating exceptional client-facing skills and the capacity to build trust-based relationships.
- A visionary mindset with the ability to identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with the drive to develop and expand new business lines that align with our capabilities.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering growth and development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- An Advanced English level.
