What you’ll do:

  • Manage the screening process of candidates.
  • Assign candidates to recruiters based on active searches and talent pool needs.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries in a professional and timely manner via email.
  • Ensure that candidate portfolios and application materials are accurate.
  • Review and update candidate profiles and application statuses on recruiting platforms to maintain a top-tier talent pool.
  • Maintain organized records of recruiting information and files.
  • Assist in onboarding tasks for new team members.
  • Create and manage communication tickets for smooth handoffs.
  • Follow up with candidates with whom we have not been in touch for a long time and ensure documentation is complete.

What you must have:

  • Some experience in HR.
  • An advanced English level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and large databases.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on portfolio and data accuracy.
  • Perseverance and enthusiasm to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in G Suite.
  • A great plus:

  • Having familiarity with recruiting platforms.
  • Studies in Psychology or HR.
  • Some brief work experience.
