What you’ll do:
- Install, maintain and update software and systems used in the company, both for new members and company personnel.
- IT and system-related troubleshooting (e.g. setup of workstations, cache clearing, remote meetings, cloud datastore, etc.)
What you must have:
- +3 years of experience working for an IT Service Desk.
- Experience or basic knowledge of cybersecurity and remote desktop software.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, processing, software installation and automated tools.
- An Advanced English level.
- Experience working for the US.
