What you’ll do:
- Prepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications (SD, CD, DD).
- Create quick renderings and 3D models.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Collaborate on markups and redlines for design revisions.
What you must have:
- 3+ years of experience as an architect.
- Previous experience working on residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- An advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Previous experience working for the US.
