What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement various training programs to meet identified needs and ensure service quality from our professionals.
  • Develop specific training and conduct professionals to improve service performance.
  • Measure the transfer of learning from training courses to the operation. 
  • Regularly conduct spot checks and implement effective means of measuring, monitoring, and evaluating the success of training programs.
  • Conduct and evaluate onboarding and on-the-job training.
  • Design great career and compensation paths for professionals.
  • Create training policies, procedures, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Prepare the annual training plan and ensure that it is up to date. 
  • Review feedback from professionals with team leaders and improve procedures based

What you must have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in L&D/T&D.
  • Experience or skills in training program design and implementation. 
  • An advanced English level. 
  • Effective presentation skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • High organizational skills, a result-oriented approach with flexibility about hours, off-days, assignments, and additional duties.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
