What you’ll do:
- Utilize 3D modeling programs such as SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and other related software to create detailed and accurate architectural 3D models.
- Proficiently use rendering software such as Corona, and Unreal Engine to produce realistic renderings of architectural designs.
- Read and comprehend architectural plans, ensuring accurate representation in 3D models.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for design aesthetics and maintain great attention to detail in all aspects of 3D modeling and rendering.
- Work on a flexible hourly schedule to meet project deadlines.
- Attend short daily check-in meetings and one review meeting on a biweekly cadence.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D modeler.
- Professional experience working on residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local jurisdictions, building codes, and permitting processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- An advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
