Are you skilled in Corona and Unreal Engine? Do you have experience working on residential projects? We are looking for a talented 3D animation specialist to collaborate remotely with our client, a dynamic and innovative architectural visualization company dedicated to delivering high-quality and visually stunning designs. You should be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) for this full-time opportunity. Apply today!

What you’ll do:

  • Utilize 3D modeling programs such as SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and other related software to create detailed and accurate architectural 3D models.
  • Proficiently use rendering software such as Corona, and Unreal Engine to produce realistic renderings of architectural designs.
  • Read and comprehend architectural plans, ensuring accurate representation in 3D models.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for design aesthetics and maintain great attention to detail in all aspects of 3D modeling and rendering.
  • Work on a flexible hourly schedule to meet project deadlines.
  • Attend short daily check-in meetings and one review meeting on a biweekly cadence.

What you must have:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D modeler.
  • Professional experience working on residential projects.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of local jurisdictions, building codes, and permitting processes.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • An advanced English level.

A great plus:

  • Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
