What you’ll do:
- Mentor and teach about Synchro software.
- Document and establish processes with this tool, including protocols and standards.
- Conduct operational analysis using Synchro to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource utilization and scheduling.
- Project reporting and any other feature the software may have.
What you must have:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience working with Synchro software, including proficiency in documenting processes, establishing protocols and standards, conducting operational analysis, and generating project reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- An advanced English level.
- Previous experience working for the US.
