They mainly build residential homes in California for top-level clients and expect a great Account Manager to add value with their personal touch and provide clients with an exceptional experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain close relationships with current clients.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects, explore opportunities for collaboration, and provide support as needed.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the structure, teams, projects, clients, and industry roles of each client company to better tailor solutions and support.
  • Stay one step ahead to anticipate client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow client accounts.

What you must have:

  • +5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and a sociable nature.
  • Gorilla-strong organizational skills.
  • An English level (written and oral) that is higher than advanced.
  • A great plus:

  • Previous experience working with US clients.
  • Experience in the architecture or real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in cloud.com or similar CRM and project management softwares.
