What you’ll do:
- Development and Design: Design and develop AI assistants using OpenAI’s technology stack, including GPT models. Implement user interaction flows and ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities.
- API Integration: Integrate OpenAI API into applications or services, optimizing for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Machine Learning and NLP: Apply machine learning and natural language processing techniques to improve the understanding and generation capabilities of AI assistants.
- Testing and Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI assistants to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies to incorporate innovative features into the AI assistants.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for development processes, AI model training, and API integration to ensure best practices are followed and knowledge is shared.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI development (e.g., Python).
- Strong experience with machine learning, natural language processing, and AI model development.
- Familiarity with OpenAI technologies, including GPT models and the OpenAI API.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing AI assistants or related technologies.
- Portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in AI, machine learning, and software development.
- An advanced English level.
